Launching a new facility in New York City, Centerstaging were interested in updating their outdated joomla-based site with a modern site oriented on both LA and NY markets.
We decided to increase brand recognition by changing colors, fonts and interface for the site. While developing UI concept, 1920px (desktop) responsive grid and advanced custom animation for the interface were suggested.

Here we have designed an interface with image gallery, studio and campus maps, specifications and panoramas that provides customers a realistic view on what they will get. This way all details are placed on single page in the most efficient way from content loading and SEO optimisation point of view.
We consequently went with the client through stages of developing a site map, wireframes, designs and finally an InvisionApp prototype. At the stage of InvisionApp prototype and defining frontend UX two approaches for development were considered: WP-based site with restricted frontend functionality vs custom-made Single Page Application with backend and admin panel configured via API. The second approach provides is significantly more versatile from UX point of view so it was chosen. As a result, we delivered custom solution including Symphony/Doctrine PHP backend with ApiPlatform and React + TweenMax frontend.
