Launching a new facility in New York, CenterStaging wanted to have the old website updated to boost sales by introducing the brand to a new market. Having analyzed the LA and NY markets and our client’s business needs, we discovered that the old version of the website was not viable from a business point of view. The number of converted customers was below the average.
The main reasons for the low conversion rate: the design of the website was outdated, which reduced the value of the brand; the structure of the website was too complicated, while the interface was not intuitive enough; there were numerous contact forms for different services, which confused potential customers.
As a result, the website couldn’t provide a decent amount of new clients. Having approved our ideas with CenterStaging, we decided to completely redesign the structure and the user interface of the website. Our main goal was to make it simple, intuitive and fun to interact with.
User experience is a key factor for any business or brand. Users spend only a few seconds after landing on a website to decide whether or not it’s worth their time. Thus we created a simple, intuitive interface. The CenterStaging website is not only easy to use, but we also gave it a “personality” users can interact with. This approach determined the success of the website from a business point of view.

- We significantly reduced the bounce rate of the website by adding a comprehensive introductory video as a background for the main page. Once a user is on the website, we don’t want to burden him/her with any further steps. The interaction begins straight away, as the video leads into the atmosphere of the CenterStaging studios
- We simplified the interface and navigation by cutting off all the unnecessary features
- Instead of a number of different complicated contact forms, we implemented a single simple user-friendly form. The eye-catching call-to-action button of the form is easy to notice on any page of the website
- The Studio page content is mostly visual. There’s a studio photos gallery, a 3D panorama, a campus map, and a studio floor plan. All the technical details are presented is a short, concise form
