A Real Estate Social Media platform, which gives users the possibility to find roommates or rent a room or an apartment. Wonego is smart enough to give users suggestions which are based on several key strands personality, living and personal preferences.
Challenge
The target was to implement a sophisticated mechanism that would analyze users` profile data and personality type, and then suggest how close users are to each other by lifestyle & personality. That was supposed to help a lot in the number of closed deals in the online rental business.
Our solution
The mission was accomplished by using complicated arithmetics customized according to our needs. Results were hashed and then compared, the more coincidence, the higher the matching rate. Having this information it became much easier to understand if a person was good enough to share the room with or to rent a flat to. The amount of deals increased significantly.
